Cancellation Policy

Absolutely No Refunds (including late arrivals, no show, or cancellation)

No Refunds for membership program (Based on 30-day Billing Cycle)

(Customer is responsible for their own membership cancellation)

Customers may reschedule a Party Package on an approved emergency basis only!

(This will be a one time courtesy to receive their deposit ) No exception

No outside food allowed (with the exception of cake or cupcakes)

​

No extra guest allowed for parties or private events (No exception)

​

We refuse the right to serve late customers (please arrive on time)

​

If you arrive early to your appointment  your service time will start at the originally scheduled time it was booked

There's No wheelchair accessibility in the salon suite if you book a service or event and we cant accommodate your needs No refund will be issued.
