Cancellation Policy

Absolutely No Refunds (late, no show, or cancellation)

No Refunds for membership program (Based on 30-day Billing Cycle)

(Customer is responsible for their own membership cancellation) 

Customers may reschedule a booking to receive their full deposit.

(on an emergency basis only)

No outside food allowed (with the exception of cake or cupcakes)

No extra guest allowed for Parties or private events (No exception)

We refuse the right to serve late customers.

(scheduled party events must start & end on time)
